We have regular stock deliveries, and regular custom production runs taking place. We always aim to have our most popular lifts in stock. We accomodate many clients and businesses who require lifts at short/immediate notice. If we ever experience a surge in demand that impacts immediate availability, our next production batch is typically only a short lead-time away, subject to shipping schedules

To ensure optimal performance and comply with legislative requirements, we recommend servicing your lift either quarterly or twice a year, depending on the frequency of use. For dedicated parking lifts, an annual service is typically sufficient. We also offer comprehensive servicing contracts to manage this process for you.

Our installation capabilities extend well beyond standard setups. We regularly manage complete multi-lift project installations and specialise in complex environments, including basements, areas with tight access, and upper-floor locations like the second or third floor. For larger equipment or challenging sites, we handle all the logistics, including coordinating specialist equipment hire such as cranes and heavy machinery movers to ensure safe and precise positioning.

Many of our residential maintenance and parking lifts operate on a standard 240v single-phase power supply. Larger or commercial lifts likely require a 3-phase supply, though specialist solutions are available for power-restricted sites.

Most standard concrete garage floors (typically 100mm to 150mm thick) are sufficient for our standard lifts. We will verify your floor requirements during the consultation phase.

When ceiling heights fall below 3.5 metres, we evaluate the site very carefully. A safe general rule for a standard installation is to ensure you have the combined height of both vehicles plus an additional 200mm of clearance.

While we have successfully installed lifts in spaces as low as 2.8 metres, this is strictly dependent on the specific lift model and the dimensions of the cars. Extremely tight heights often require us to look at high-end, premium European solutions to safely accommodate the restrictions.

From a simple garage, to unique or complex environments, we offer comprehensive site surveys to guarantee a perfect fit. Rather than relying on traditional tape measures or basic IR lasers, our team utilises advanced LiDAR technology. This allows us to highly accurately 3D map any site, easily capturing every detail of quirky or challenging spaces so we can provide the exact measurements and guidance you need.

Following a site survey, we provide much more than basic suggestions. Our team utilises advanced CAD software to develop multiple 2D concept layouts. We can work strictly within the existing confines of your space or treat the area as a blank slate, recommending strategic building alterations - from minor adjustments to major structural modifications - to completely maximise lift capacity and everyday usability.

We certainly can. We support clients through the entire lifecycle of a new build. From the earliest conceptualisation—even before final building dimensions are set—straight through to installation, testing, commissioning, and lifetime servicing, we provide a complete, end-to-end solution.
